eithio started while sitting in front of my bathroom mirror.
for my entire life, i’ve picked at my skin, and lived with the aftermath. angry skin, scars, and the kind of shame and regret that makes you avoid your own reflection. in these moments, i tried every product i could find to soothe my skin but most did more harm than good.
that’s what led me to create calm rush, the product i’d been looking for.
as i started opening up about skin picking, psoriasis, eczema, as well as breakups, layoffs, and anxiety — i realized how many people quietly carry the same things. for the first time, i felt seen. i felt cared for. and i finally got to do the same for someone else.
