where do you ship?

we currently ship within the united states and canada. more regions coming soon, but for now, we’re keeping it close to home so your calm arrives quickly and safely.

how long does shipping take?

orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

once shipped:
U.S. orders: typically arrive in 3–7 business days
Canadian orders: typically arrive in 5–10 business days

shipping times may vary during holidays or carrier delays.

how much is shipping?

we charge a flat fee of $10 on all orders.
shipping is free on orders over $80CAD | $60USD.

do you ship internationally?

not yet. we’re focusing on the U.S. and canada for now, but international shipping is on our radar.

what happens if my order is delayed?

carrier delays can happen, especially during busy seasons. if your order hasn’t moved in a few days, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll look into it for you.

what if my package says “delivered” but i didn’t receive it?

sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early. we recommend waiting 24 hours and checking with neighbours or your building’s mail area. still nothing? let us know and we’ll help track it down.

order issues

my tracking hasn’t updated — what do i do?

tracking updates can lag behind the actual movement of your package. most orders update within 24–48 hours, especially during busy shipping periods. if it’s been longer than that, send us your order number and we’ll take a look for you.

my order arrived damaged — help?

we’re so sorry this happened. if your calm rush arrived damaged, email us photos and your order number. we’ll make it right with a replacement or solution.

i entered the wrong address — can i fix it?

if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. reach out to us as soon as possible with the correct details. once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to reroute it, but we’ll still help wherever we can.

my package was lost — what now?

if your package is marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, give it 24 hours, carriers sometimes scan early. after that, check with neighbours or your building’s front desk. still no luck? let us know and we’ll help you figure out next steps.

can i change or cancel my order after checkout?

our team moves fast, so changes and cancellations aren’t always possible once an order is placed. let us know us right away and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

returns & refunds

what is your return policy?

we don’t offer traditional refunds, but we do believe in taking care of you. if something arrives damaged, isn’t what you expected, or simply doesn’t feel right on your skin, let us know, and we’ll make it right.

do you accept returns on used products?

within 30 days of order date, if not satisfied, you can reach out and we will make it right.

how do i start a return?

when will i receive my refund?

we don’t process traditional refunds, but we do offer support, replacements, or alternatives depending on what happened with your order. email us and we’ll sort it out quickly.

can i exchange instead of refund?

exchanges are reviewed case-by-case. if your product arrived damaged or there’s an issue, send us a note and we’ll help find the best option.
